You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p888.live platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content;

Upon termination for cause, p888.live reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law and regulation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting p888.live customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent p888.live from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
